General Description about Retinal Lotion:

Toner-like lotion evens skin texture with Retinol Vitamin A that reduces fine lines and wrinkles, collagen that improves skin elasticity for firmer and more lift in your skin, and Super Hyaluronic Acid that instantly locks in moisture for intense hydration!

=) I was honoured to be sent for this lotion for my review and as I ALWAYS MENTION, I DO NOT  blog right after I was being given the product. I TRIED & TEST FOR AT LEAST 1 WEEK before giving my 101% honest review:

My FIRST Impression of the product:

• Packaging: 3/5. 

Presentable. Nothing fancy though

• Ingredients used: 4/5. 

Impressed. Being a Marketing personnel in the beauty industry for a couple of years, I know and understand that these ingredients do help to improve skin elasticity, (i.e. lifting & firming) after a consistent application for a period of time.

• Pricing: 3/5. 

$25.90 and available at all WATSONS

The lotion on the back of my hand.

• FIRST Application: 2.5/5. 

No instructions on how much should we apply and I merely just used 3 drops and it was way too much for my face and neck. I will suggest 2 drops (e.g. size of a 1cent coin) and pat gently onto your face until most of the lotion are absorbed into your skin. Try doing an UPWARD CIRCULAR MOTION to massage the lotion into your skin to produce a lifting effect. Avoid eye area as the lotion maybe too rich for your eyes.

• Subsequent application (been using this product for more than 2 weeks. Both day & night):

After knowing 2 drops are sufficient on my face; the lotion seems to absorb quickly into my skin without leaving any sticky feeling as this lotion is rather thick due to their active ingredient Collagen.

NO breakouts on my combination skin and I do feel that my skin has become more supple and hydrated every morning. Makeup seems to hold on better as my skin is now more hydrated and no facial lines formed after setting of loose powder. =)

I have yet to see any visible results for the firming and lifting effect as it is too soon to be concluded. Thus allow me to update you guys in around 4-5month time (?). Please do not expect a miracle unless you wanna see a heavily photoshopped pic with extreme firm & lifted face. LOL!

Nah, this is NOT my style. I wanna be 101% truthful to all my readers. ;)


Overall Summary for this product:

• 3.5/5.

I will recommend people who are around age 23 to start using anti-wrinkle/ firming products. In our society where tension & stress are getting more common; I will certainly suggest all young ladies to start taking care of your skin BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE! PREVENTION IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN CURE! =)

You only have 1 face that will be with you FOR LIFE. Treasure and pamper it!!!
